This project provides a sequence of areas for respite and various plant-beds. Besides consulting the owners on the strategic planning, Annuals, Perennials, and Specimen plantings, the overall design balances areas for dense plantings with open areas for family and friends to gather − in large and small groups. Besides incorporating a pivotal transition to the home/garden from the existing car/parking area, the design incorporates a dining-plaza, an elliptical lawn, a small gazebo for two, a moon-garden, various trellises, as well as a discretely placed maintenance area.
