This feasibility study for a global engineering firm's new Boston headquarters was in response to the firm's need for a sizable expansion. The 12,500 GSF space was designed to incorporate private offices, open plan workstations, breakout rooms, administrative spaces and flexible meeting rooms for national and regional leadership meetings.
