This existing multi-family rental property needed creative updates while remaining true to the building’s character. The first floor unit required a completely new entry sequence, bathroom and kitchen. Details and proportions were kept clean while referencing the historic Queen-Anne style of the home. Upstairs, there were less historic details and moldings; so the design is much more contemporary, while still blending in with existing millwork.
